ONLY 9 more pounds to go!!!

The scale moves slowly but that's fine... I am getting healthier in the meantime (can't wait to get my physical - the blood work tells the story).

Only 9 more pounds to go to reach my 100 pound goal!! Then I will lose more. If Jill Birth* can weigh less than she did in 3rd grade then I can at least get to my high school weight! (*see prior post for her amazing transformation)

  1. Congratulations! That is wonderful!! Since you mentioned...I was wondering if with isagenix you have noticed positive changes in your blood work? That is definitely a tell tale sign to how healthy it is if you have...so I was just curious...thank you!

  2. My doctor praised my blood work but wasn't too surprised because he has other patients who've had amazing health transformations with the help of Isagenix. I encourage everyone to have their Dr do complete blood tests once a year as the blood work can detect certain illnesses before symptoms show up. There are many "thin" people who have horrible blood work - it's not all about the numbers on the scale.

  3. Thank you so much Debbie, that is great! I was also wondering...do you know if people who are sensitive to dairy are still able to use the isalean shakes? Thank you!

  4. I do know people who are lactose intolerant and who do not have a problem with the IsaLean shakes. The key would be to start with 1/4 of a shake to see then work up to a full shake. If you DO have a problem you can return for a full refund (minus the shipping). The whey protein from New Zealand has low lactose for easier digestion.
